Fact - Harder to believe than fiction.

In the mind of a man, the idea of civilizations fighting in space, wizards and knights on a crusade, and the chemical spill in the sewer creating a new life is almost easier to believe than the strange inconceivable events of life. Why is life and the unimaginable correlations between events harder to believe than fiction. Fiction has, was, and is created from the human mind. We are all the same species. We have a general sense of direction where we are all going, we have similar dreams, and we always seem to be reaching for something else. Why then is fiction easier to believe than fact. Fiction is easier to believe because that's what we want to believe. We wish we could have super human powers, travel in space, and fight against the mutant creature. We can't always believe that someone, something, or somewhere what we are hearing actually happened, but then again, fact is only what you believe.
